Employability Programme
Empowering young people aged 16+ to build skills, confidence and readiness for work or further education
Our Pain 2 Power now proudly offers Functional Skills qualifications alongside our existing programs, providing young people with the opportunity to achieve credentials equivalent to GCSEs. This addition enhances our holistic approach by addressing both the academic and personal development needs of the youth we serve.
Functional Skills focus on practical English, math, and ICT knowledge that can be applied in real-life situations, empowering young people with the essential skills needed for further education, employment, and independent living.
By integrating these qualifications into our programs, we bridge the gap for those who have struggled in traditional school settings, offering a second chance to build confidence, improve career prospects, and foster long-term self-reliance. This initiative not only boosts employability but also instils a sense of achievement and hope, aligning with our mission to transform challenges into opportunities for growth and empowerment.
