The 1:1 Sister Mentorship Programme is designed to address the diverse challenges young females face in today’s society using a holistic and individualised approach.
This mentorship is tailored to each participant's unique needs, which are carefully assessed and identified. Through this programme, we aim to foster positive relationships and enhance emotional well-being through engaging one-on-one sessions and activities.

The Social Media Programme
Participants will learn different skills such as how to create engaging social media content, learn about different social media platforms, self-regulation and stay true to themselves through social media.
They will also explore the positives and negatives of social media whilst teaching students how best to navigate it safely.

The Self-Love and Confidence Programme
The Social Media Programme is designed to teach participants how to navigate social media safely and effectively. This programme covers a range of skills, from creating engaging content to understanding the psychological impacts of social media.
Participants will learn about the positive and negative influences of social media, how to manage their online presence responsibly, and how to use social media tools for self-expression and business development.

Entrepreneurship & Business Programme
The business and entrepreneurship programme will teach participants, what a social enterprise is, how to turn an idea into a business and create business canvases, whilst learning how to enhance their soft skills such as teamwork, communication, creativity, conflict management and improving work ethics whilst providing work experience opportunities.
This workshop will provide participants with all the relevant skills to set up and run a business.

Creative Arts Programme
The creative arts programme will allow participants to explore different creative outlets through different topics and use their imaginations, encourage creativity, improve self love and self esteem, positive emotional wellbeing, learn problem-solving skills, and eliminate stress and anxiety.
This allows participants to express their feelings and regulate emotions through a variety of mediums such as dance, music, visual arts, drama, sports and writing.
