Gideon is the Founder of Our Pain 2 Power, an award-winning motivational speaker and consultant with over 10 years' experience in the third sector and youth space. He is Chairman of the Violent Crime Prevention Youth Board, a Metropolitan Police Community Facilitator, Prince's Trust Young Ambassador of the Year, and a member of the Prince's Trust Youth Advisory Board and Youth Influence Board.

Six years before achieving these accomplishments, Gideon was the victim of a knife attack while studying at university, left with 14 stab wounds, and surviving by an inch.

With the right support system and sheer determination, he turned his post-traumatic stress into post-traumatic growth, transforming his pain into his power.

"I formed Our Pain 2 Power to be the relatable support system I wish I'd had when I was young and vulnerable. We exist to support our beneficiaries in turning challenging life experiences and adversity into growth."
