Pain 2 Power Mentorship


In our pain 2 power mentorship sessions, we cover a range of common and uncommon current challenges that young people face in today’s world.

Our programme is tailored to young people's individual needs. A personal development programme is built around their needs once their specific needs are assessed and identified. We aim to build positive relationships with our young people through a range of activities as well as focusing on the young person(s) emotional well-being

The Untold Truth: Serious Youth Violence and Gang culture


During this programme we explore the root causes of gang culture and serious youth violence. We look at and study the direct link between serious youth violence and mental health. We aim to get a deeper understanding of the indicators that may influence or lure young people from different paths into serious youth violence, crime and gang culture.

Understand Me


We believe adults with parental responsibility need to  be supported  as much as young people do. With our 'Understand Me' programme we provide expert advice on current struggles that young people face in today’s world and offers them techniques on how to identify and understand the risks they might fall pray to, and get the right support for them. We highlight the importance of being able to listen, relate and understand their children.
